The Best [Return] Policy
Honesty really is the best policy. If you're honest with us we'll do our honest best to get you what you need, when you need it.
We understand that sometimes things look better in the picture than they do in real life. If you find that true about one of our products, simply be honest. Let us know. We'll stay up late and bend over backwards to make you happy.
If you aren't completely 100% satisfied with what we sold you then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us what's up. We'll shoot you a return email with some instructions on what to do and hopefully we can get you what you want when you want it!
- Full refund if the product is returned within 30 days of
being received by the customer.
- If the product is returned between 31-90 days we will
assess a 15% restock fee.
- No refunds after 90 days.
- Mandatory 15% restock fee on all snowboards.
- No returns on "clearance" or "as-is" items.
If you need a different size, color, or anything, if we have it we'll exchange it!
- 48 hour cancellation window for full refund.
- Any cancellation after 48 hours will be assessed according
our return policy.
We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Here's what you can expect from us:
- Up to 2 business days for processing, before shipment.
- 7-10 business days after processing for your order to arrive.
If your order takes longer than 15 days to arrive, we will refund the price of shipping.
